This agreement covers dog drop-in visits provided by Prancing Paws, LLC (“Company”) to the above-named client (“Client”) at the Client’s home or designated location. Services may include feeding, walking, providing fresh water, playtime, administering medications, and general wellness checks as directed by the Client.

• Ensure all dogs are current on vaccinations as required by St. Louis and Missouri law.
• Provide safe, secure access to the home and clear instructions for entry and alarm systems.
• Supply necessary items for care (leash, food, cleaning supplies, medications, etc.).
• Notify the Company of any known risks or health conditions.

The Client understands and agrees that Prancing Paws, LLC, its owners, employees, and contractors:

• Will exercise due care in caring for the Client’s dog(s), but cannot be held liable for loss, injury, accident, illness, or death of any pet under their care, except in cases of proven negligence or misconduct.
• Are not responsible for damage or injury caused by the Client’s dog(s) to property, persons, or other animals.
• Are not liable for escape, injury, or loss if reasonable care and precautions were taken.
• May transport the dog(s) to a veterinarian in case of emergency and are not liable for the outcome of veterinary treatment.

The Client releases and holds harmless Prancing Paws, LLC, its representatives, and affiliates from any and all liability, claims, suits, or expenses arising from services provided, including transportation of pets to or from veterinary care.

If a medical emergency arises while the Client is unavailable:

• Prancing Paws, LLC has permission to seek veterinary care from the Client’s listed veterinarian or, if unavailable, the nearest 24-hour clinic.
• Client agrees to reimburse all costs related to veterinary care, transportation, and associated fees.

The Client grants permission for Prancing Paws, LLC to access the home using keys, codes, or other entry methods provided. All keys/codes will be kept securely and returned upon request. The Company is not responsible for damages related to faulty locks, gates, or home systems.

The Client grants permission for Prancing Paws, LLC to take and share photos of their dog(s) during visits for updates and marketing (social media, website, etc.).

• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid full-service charge.
• Payment is due per the Company’s standard billing terms (invoice, app, or automatic payment).

This agreement shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Missouri, with venue in St. Louis County.
