AGREEMENT TO OUR LEGAL TERMS

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us for a refund only. Please see below for more information on our return policy.

RETURNS

All returns must be postmarked within fourteen (14) days of the purchase date. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return. 

The Services are not tailored to comply with industry-specific regulations (Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), Federal Information Security Management Act (FISMA), etc.), so if your interactions would be subjected to such laws, you may not use the Services. You may not use the Services in a way that would violate the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA).

Refunds

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least seven (7) days from the receipt of your item to process your return. Refunds may take 1-2 billing cycles to appear on your credit card statement, depending on your credit card company. We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

Exceptions

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Dog Walking Subscriptions
  • Deodorizing and Disinfecting Subscriptions
  • Pet Waste Cleanup — Single Service or Subscription

If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current, or incomplete, we have the right to suspend or terminate your account and refuse any and all current or future use of the Services (or any portion thereof).

Please Note

  • Eligible physical products may be returned within 30 days of delivery if the item is unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition in which it was received.
  • Items that arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect must be reported within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the item and packaging to process a replacement or refund.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method and may take 5–10 business days to appear depending on the customer’s financial institution.
  • Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part, such as sending an incorrect or defective item.
  • Recurring service subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. Charges already processed for the current billing period are non-refundable, but customers may cancel future services before the next billing cycle.
  • Payments for one-time services are non-refundable once the service has been completed. If cancellation occurs before the scheduled service time, a refund or service credit may be issued at our discretion.
  • Certain items may not be eligible for return due to health and safety considerations, including opened pet food, treats, used pet products, or sanitary items unless the product is defective.
  • Return or refund requests should include the order number, name, service address or shipping address, description of the issue, and photos when applicable.
